Good donuts and coffee. The hash browns are good, but pricey - 6 tots for $1...

For something quick & cheap, not bad! Coffee is always hot & fresh tasting. If you don't like sweet stuff stay away from the flavored swirls!
First time ever at Dunkin Donuts, I went through drive through. Staff was very rude, told them that I had never been yo Dunkin donuts so I was trying to look at menu yo see what they had....i felt very rushed. I had asked what they had similar to scooters coffee carmelisious and staff spouted off with "we've never been there we don't know what you are talking about!" So needless to say I was rushed into ordering a reg. Iced coffee with cream and sugar add Carmel donut holes and a sandwich which was way to Hot to even eat even after holding it out my window going down the interstate to 72nd st. At 49 degrees it's still to hot. When the lady handed me my first bag of donut holes she basically threw it at me. Then the second bag with the sandwich the older lady at the window handed me the bag the receipt and my card all at the same time. In which my card dropped. I then stated what happened to my card...and she stated oh I handed it to you. No you handed me the bag and the receipt. I then looked down and found my card on the floor board of my car. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO DUNKIN DONUTS! THEY ARE SO RUDE!!!!
Go in the evening bc haircut place is next door, it closes in an hour about, no one there to greet me. Walk out....this has happened to me several times there that no one greets anyone it's simple!!!! How is a business supposed to make money if they don't acknowledge a customer!!!!!? Wouldn't even give a star. No stars for you.
