Here is just a brief description of our experience: Only one nail technician. She pretended that we were an hour early for our appointment however her "schedule" (a scratch piece of paper) showed the correct time. She turned 4 customers away one of them was only looking to purchase a gift certificate! I wanted to help customers, clean, change light bulbs and organize the salon for her. Worst part is the shellac manicure and spa pedicure were BOTH terrible. The "technician" has very little experience and is extremely sloppy. The pedicure water temperature had to be adjusted using a bucket of water from the back of the salon and she used a wooden skewer to clean up polish mistakes. I definitely could have saved my friend and I $69.00 and 3 hours by doing our nails myself!
Horrible manicure and pedicure. I was supposed to get shellac on both the manicure and pedicure. I only got it on the manicure because the woman could not speak or understand English. Very disappointed and I will not return. 1 day and my shellac on my manicure is pealing off. While sitting there, she had me put my hand under the lights. I pulled my hand out with glue all over my fingers. I told her the coat was not dry and she told me it was. Whatever they are using for ahelac was not dry on my nails. The last coat she put on was a different bottle and then it dried. I could not wait to get out of that place.
I called ahead to schedule an appointment. I told the lady exactly what i wanted. I showed up 10 minutes early. The woman refused to do my nails. Super unprofessional!!! Wish i hadn't wasted my TIME!!
I came to the salon on the quite day. The nail technician takes time to take care of my nail and give free manicure for my daughter. I will come back and tell my friend how good about salon
My experience was awful. My friend and I went in for pedicures. Only one lady was working and it took 2.5 hours for her to do our nails. She accidentally cut my toenail so short it was bleeding. She didn't know how to hold our feet for the pedicure. It was obvious she had never given one before. Then after 2.5 hours of sitting there she asked my friend and I if we could get the credit card machine to work. She handed us directions to figure it out. We were there for 20 minutes trying to figure it out while she was trying to call her boss who wouldn't respond to the phone call. We ended up leaving with no way to pay. The pedicures were free. This was an awful, unprofessional experience and we will not return
Please be sure to read google reviews before visiting!!!! I never put bad reviews for the world to see. I typically resolve with the business however due to language barriers, you can not communicate with the employee to resolve the issues.
