Not happy about their changes or service. When asked why they no longer wash out floor mats, received an exceptionally RUDE response about losing money. There was no consideration for customer wants and needs in their response. If removing a service such as mats, please provide an alternative...such as a place where we can clean them. Why pay for interior service to just wipe your windows, doors and dash when floor mats are still dirty?

I decided to go to Dolphins Car Wash to wash my truck thoroughly after my hail dent repair 3 months ago. In the past, the Car wash had great customer service and it was the only car wash that actually did a great job washing my vehicle every time I went there in the past for the money. The Machines hit about every hard to reach parts on my truck, like my tail gate and the hood grooves.
If I could do less than one star I would, I am not happy with these new "upgrades" I payed an extra 10 dollars for them to clean out the inside of my vehicle and they didn't even touch my seats even though I asked and that's why I paid extra... Also as I was sitting outside watching one of the gentleman wipe down my car he proceeded to wipe one of my wheels down, than using the same rag he started to wipe down the rest of my car! I use to love going here and its sad that I paid less before the upgrade and yet they did a way better job! I am never going back.

Also, wash is no longer touch less and no longer wipe vehicle dry, basically equivalent to gas station wash for more $$$. My truck is still dirty and looks no better than Bucky's down the street.
As of today, I will no be no longer returning to the car wash due to being an overly priced Bucky's Car wash. $30 for the top tier wash with a added fees for tire shine and others for a Bucky's Quality of washing is ridiculous. The best part, their new machines for washing vehicles
I have gone to this car wash for years and was happy with it. I guess they UPGRADED the wash. Well, I can no longer use it because of the roof rack on my Honda Ridgeline. Great upgrade to turn away customers. I am not the only truck with a roof rack. Also heard with this upgrade, you vacuum is self service. I wonder when Dolphins will close?
If you want a gas station quality wash, save money and go to an actual gas station. They will be at least $15 cheaper avg than this place and will most likely do a better job. Most of the newer Bucky and Fantasy's Car wash include free hand drying for half the price.
is extremely mediocre than their older touch-less sprayers. Especially with the large spots that the machine misses.
Personally I loved the old way they used to wash Cars and I was more than willing to pay a little extra for the wonderful service they used to provide.
