BEST FOOD!! Had the chicken philly and tots - so so good!! Mary was our server and was so nice!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! GET THIS...I WENT TO THE BAR WHEN I ARRIVED AND GOT A BEER FROM THE NIGHT MANAGER. I ASKED HIM IF THE KITCHEN WAS OPEN. HE TOLD ME THE KITCHEN WAS OPEN TIL 11:00 PM AND ASKED ME WHERE I WAS GOING TO SIT SO THE WAITRESS COULD COME OVER AND TAKE MY ORDER. I SAT IN MY SEAT FOR 20 MINUTES!!!! THEN I GOT UP AND WENT TO THE END OF THE BAR...FOUND MY OWN MENU....AND STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE A GIRL WALKED BEHIND THE BAR AND ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. I ASKED HER IF THERE WAS ANY SPECIALS?? SHE SAID YES AND EXPLAINED THE SPECIALS AND THEN BEFORE I COULD ORDER SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE RIGHT BACK....I STOOD THERE FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES (NO ONE BEHIND THE BAR TO SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS) AND NOTICED ONE OF THE WAITRESSES WAS TALKING TO 2 OTHER WAITRESSES IN A BOOTH THAT WAS OFF THE CLOCK!! SO....THE NIGHT MANAGER FINALLY APPEARED AND SAID CAN I HELP YOU DUDE"....I TOLD HIM RIGHT THEN YOU HAVE "HORRIBLE SERVICE"....THEN I TOLD HIM AGAIN...."YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"....HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID HE WAS WORKING UP IN THE OFFICE??????? THEN I WENT OVER TO THE TABLE WHERE A WAITRESSES WAS ON THE CLOCK THAT WAS TALKING TO THE OTHER 2 WAITRESSES THAT WERE OFF THE CLOCK AND ASKED HER...."YOU WORK HERE????" SHE SAID YES! I SAID WHY AREN'T YOU SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS??? HERE IS THE UNBELIEVABLE PART OF THIS HORROR...THE OTHER OFF THE CLOCK WAITRESS WITH BLACK HAIR TOLD ME TO SHUT UP!!!!! A OFF THE CLOCK WAITRESS TELLING A CUSTOMER THAT IS NOT GETTING SERVED TO SHUT UP!!!!!! OMG!!!!!....IF I WAS THE MANAGER....I WOULD HAVE FIRED EVERYONE OF THEM....UNBELIEVABLE!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY IN THIS MISS MANAGED DUMP!!! I GUEST THE CUSTOMERS ARE LOOKED AT AS ENEMIES....WHERE THE CUSTOMERS ARE LOOK AT AS PEOPLE THAT BOTHER THEM. THIS DUMP HAS NOT A CLUE HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE, WAITRESSES SITTING IN BOOTHS NOT SERVICING THEIR CLIENTS, WAITRESSES TELLING THEIR CLIENTS TO SHUT UP WHEN WAITRESS ON THE CLOCK IS NOT DOING HER JOB, MANAGER THAT HAS NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.....I WOULD FIRE EVERYONE THERE!!!! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE!!!!!! THE WORST....I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND BE MISS TREATED BY THESE IDIOTS!!! OH ... THIS IS FOR THE OWNER.....GOOD LUCK....YOU ARE GOING TO NEED IT!!!
This place sucks horrible service we were there for an HR are waitress came over once wuth no menus i swear took a while to get those and then it took her fifteen mins to get our drinks and she forgot one and took another 15 mins getting it and then two tables that came in 20mins after us got food before us I swear this is probably the worst place I've ever been and will never return these assholes are more worried about some dumb ass gambling buddies then any one are anything in it place isn't even full if you read this trust me don't come here
The service is great. Started kinda slow since we weren't seen right away, but that was okay. Waitress was back to our table before the drinks were gone and was asking if we need another.
Of course you’ll have a better time if your team wins while you visit and especially if you win playing Keno or Pickles, but you will always have good food, prompt service, and an excellent atmosphere during your visit.
