I, had a great experience with the personnel there I went to renew my passport and was in & out in less than one hour. Now I'm gonna be getting my credencial de elector.
Is having a bad attitude a requirement to work here? Obviously everyone you speak has ONE BAD ATTITUDE. Besides from the bad attitudes it takes a good hour to get service and other to process it. IF they give you the right documentation if not that's another two hours more. You must be wondering maybe they have a lot of people to get through? No, there can be two people and they will take twice as long. You'll find one or two smiles from the rest of the frowns you'll be seeing. If you're lucky.
This place is joke! They give people an appointment but they don't get to them until 2 hours after.
Cant make an appointment to save my life. I understand they are rude they have not met me.
Wonderful! It took 2 visits to obtain my residency visa but everyone could not have been nicer and more helpful! When I returned on International Women's Day to get my visa, the staff stopped operations so guest speakers could talk about how important it is to honor women and the roles they hold in everyone's life. After the speakers, there was a group photo of all women and children there, balloons for the children and drinks/rolls for all. It was very impressive! Thank you to all staff members.
