We recently used Fun Services to host a Casino Night for an on-campus event and wow was it an amazing choice! Fun Services really came through, providing us great equipment, help during set up, assistance in planning the night and how to facilitate the activities, as well as a professional staff to deal casino games and make the night a big success! I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to throw a large party or other social event, and I will definitely be in touch with them again as we plan more events like this in the future! After years of doing event planning for a college campus I can safely say that Fun Services is a top rate company and are the kind of people that can make events into something special, without breaking the bank!
The team was friendly and responsive. I had one of their cell phone numbers and I was able to call and text them, which was super convenient. The carnival games are old school and simple, but that lends itself to a relaxed environment. Still, I hope they update some of their equipment. A fresh coat of paint could make a big difference.
I had rented, well thought I rented a bounce house from Fun Services and the day before the event no one every called to confirm my reservation, so I called them. Low and behold, they didn't have my reservation and the unit I thought I reserved was booked out to someone else. Luckily I found another company in town that came to my rescue. I would never recommend this place.
I had the best possible experience planning my company's Holiday Casino Party with Fun Services! Beth and Shawna made it extremely easy and really helped take the work off of me. The party itself went so smooth. The dealers were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone who attended had a blast and we will definitely be using them in the future for other events.
