Don’t make the mistake. This place is a total rip off. $39 and I’ve had better car washes at Buckys. Save your time and money and go to Dolphin.
Have used all the locations over the last few years. Cars always come out very clean. Haven't tried their detailing services yet, as I like to do that myself. However, all the attendees and other staff are phenomenal. Now with the new unlimited washes coming to Russel Speeders it's even better.
I went to Russell Speeders on 120th & Dodge today 9/12/17, because Dolphins Car Wash is closed for remodeling. It was the worse decision I could have made and confirmed why I do not use Russell Speeders. I got the Exterior Protect & Shine Wash, which included wheel brite and tire shine. The Mgr tried to tell me the wash applies the tire shine and my tires did not have any tire on them. He then acted as if he did not care and told him it is done. I had to make them physically apply tire shine to my tires. The rims were still dirty and he acted as if it didn't matter. So, I told him they got my money this time and for the last time. I will write my review expressing the disappointment and terrible service I received from Russell Speeders. I can't wait till Dolphins reopens!!!! Russell Speeders you guys should be ashamed of yourselves and I hope this review reaches a large number of customers.
Was told they could remove some paint splash that had gotten on my car and give it a full wax. When I walked out to the car after they said it was done, this is the condition they were going to let me drive away in. Looks like they used sandpaper/magic eraser without any consideration for the clear coat. Any 8 year old could have done this shoddy of work. They then tried to convince me these were "water spots". It's a good thing I had a before photo I took to show them: "No, you did this and you need to fix it." They ended up spending the next 45mn buffing out all the scuffs they put into the car. Regardless of the outcome, the fact that they were ready to let me roll out of that stall as seen in the attached picture has guaranteed they will never have my business in the future. If you have read this far, I hope you think twice before trusting them with your vehicle too. If you must use them, take pictures before at the very least. Get employee names. Hold them accountable for damages.
On Tuesday 9/12, I wrote the above review. Paul Ford from Russell Speeder reached out to me for a 1-on-1, which was very productive. He apologized for my recent experience and explained what should have taken place. Paul detailed my vehicle and I am very pleased with how professionally Paul took ownership of the issue and turned it into a positive. I definitely appreciate Paul's efforts and will make a return trip to Russell Speeder.
I highly enjoy this place! I’m a courier so I’m in my car all day long. Doesn’t take much to get it dirty. I love this place because of the monthly plans they have. I come a couple times a week and for the amount it costs me, I can’t go wrong! My car always looks so shiny. They wipe down the dash, clean the windows, clean the door jams, vacuum everywhere and wipe any left over water from the car wash off. Hard working guys every time I’m here. I knocked off a star because sometimes when I go through the wash I don’t get the best wash that I paid for. It’ll lack tire dressing and the “Rain X” treatment. And lastly, there is a slight language barrier. I don’t complain about not getting he right wash because it isn’t worth the trouble when the barrier is there. Other than that, love this place!!
