Nothing but good experiences. Dave and Patty were great. Not all sales reps are created equal and they work on commission so experiences can vary.
We have used the Tile Shop as a material vendor for five plus years with great success.Patty has come to our rescue on more than one occasion with getting materials for our jobsites quickly.I would recommend them to all our customers.
Adam and his associates at the Tile Shop are very good to work with and they provide excellent materials and information. In fact you can go there on Saturdays and they have a class on how to install tile where you get to do everything just like you were installing tile yourself but they are there to assist you. We have remodeled one bathroom and a kitchen using materials from the Tile shop and have been very impressed. Take a look for yourself
Just walked in and the man at the counter said, "How are you?" And after I responded with "great and you?" He responded with "ready to go home unless you're going to drop 10k"....not sure if he was half kidding, I asked "Oh, what time do you close?" He said "15 minutes". He didn't bother asking if he could help or if we were looking for something. Completely unprofessional. Not that it should matter, but yes...we were getting ready to spend a small fortune on tile but I won't be giving any of my hard earned money to this company. 15 minutes to shop is still 15 minutes to sell a customer and they failed miserably.
We updated two bathrooms and bought our product from The Tile Shop. They could not have been easier to work with. Patty helped with suggestions on selecting the product that met our needs and with the color of tile. She was great! We dealt with Marty some at the end and he was very easy to work with, too. Never had a problem with anyone working in the store. I would highly recommend the store to anyone.
