Called prior to arriving at 9:30am, took 10 minutes to get through which is pretty good considering I thought the wait would be longer . When I arrived at the office around 9:45 took 30 minutes to be seen and w/in five minute of being waited on I was back to work . Nice job guys.. Nice customer service as well..
Despite all bad reviews, I had a great experience with the staff. They let us in earlier because of the cold outside, and all interactions with the folks inside was pleasant. Everyone helped me with a smile and I got everything done in a pinch. Would definitely recommend this place!
Folks were great, helpful and friendly! Resolved my issue in a couple of minute, always with a smile and cheerfil. Don't pay attention to the bad reviews as these definitely don't reflect the reality.
Sat there for 90 minutes today with my 3 year old. Still didn't get to my number. People who arrived after me left within 30 minutes of arriving I waited. Very frustrating.
