Called at 3am and had someone at my house in 10 minutes. He unlocked my truck in 15 seconds. Super friendly guy. Worth every penny.
The guy they sent to open my house today unlocked the deadbolt in no less than 2 minutes, right in the middle of a conversation we were having with each other lol. I would recommend Pop a Lock to anyone. Fair prices and very timely quick service. Ask for Chris!
Was told over the phone the service would arrive in 50 minutes. Over an hour and a half later they showed up. The gentleman was unable to get the lock open the first 64 attempts and then finally got it. I called pop a lock to see if they did refunds or discounts for late service. I was told you need to ask the tech. The technician said "We never do those". Full charge. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Had a great experience with Jeff from Pop-A-Lock. He was timely, upfront about cost, and saved us money by repairing our door handle rather than replacing it. I would definitely re-hire him if I ever need a locksmith.
