It's a Great place for movie experience. Haven't had a problem. Great customer service and love the deals you get with your cinema card. It's always where I take my family to the Movies. However, I am disappointed that Jigsaw was not showing at this particular location. It's like it purposely got left off this theater location. I have never known for Great Escape to not have a popular movie available!!!
The movie played well, so no problems there. Staff was friendly. My ice melted before the movie started. I have Never left without ice in my cup at the end. It was kinda gross, and I'm usually a pig. Not this time The popcorn was odd tasting. Burnt and stale
Five star hangout! Go in the weekday evenings and you'll have a quiet, clean theater experience. Staff are friendly and energetic. Never ever a crowd. Hard to see how they stay open with the small crowd size but I hope they do!
We went to see Coco. The movie price was great at $5 a matinee. Only problem was the booster seats were wet and sticky...as in someone dumped a soda on the stack and they weren't cleaned.
Overall not a bad theater. I think it's gotten better since I've started going there almost a year ago. My last visit was my best experience I would say. I definitely think corporate should look into making improvements into the theater such as putting in the reclining seats that are being put in at other Regal locations. I think it would increase competition for the theater and more people would go there.
