This apartment is gross. It stinks really bad from the time you walk into the double doors. Cars has been stolen and broken in to. Can never reach the front office. The halls are filthy carpet is stained. Save yourself some money and disappointment and move else where. Outdated and def not worth $1000+ a month
Very caring and positive rental personnel. Nice apartments with big balconies and apartments are super quiet because of the concrete walls and floors. Centralized area, close to everything in Omaha - work, stores and restaurants.
