Very nice. Clean, great parking for a large mall. A wide variety of stores. I enjoyed my visit there. They also have a food court That's ok. Not great but good. Most of the stores seem competitive of big box stores. And you get help folks are very nice. Get that at Walmart. The mall is filled with shops no big empty spaces. Lots of restrooms and places to sit as it is very very big. I would say this is a very nice place to go shopping.
Very little handicap parking available near the store I went to, inside the music was very loud people were yelling trying to talk to each other, there were large groups of kids I'd say teens standing in the entrances to stores not moving to let anyone by, I got my food stepped on as they were yelling & rough housing with each other & 1 of the stores was Victoria Secret/PINK & they were all boys not waiting for anyone inside other than "hot chicks" they'd ask out whenever females trying to leave the store got to the entrance they were making a huge mess of the displays at the front of the store for "fun", saw 3 security officers look but did or said nothing, so I didn't get to look at what I went to get as every time I asked to get by & in the area they'd start hitting each other bumping into me. Ridiculous my son would never act like that in anyway, I ended up leaving with a migraine & nothing I went for it was a school night too.
It's a good mall that has the typical stores but I find it difficult to navigate. I'll add that I'm not from Omaha but have been to this mall twice this year. There's something about the layout that makes it seem smaller than it probably is. The food court is very unique. I love the vegetarian options. There's also some yummy gourmet cupcakes there.
I love this place mostly because of its anchor stores. :) I think the whole mall would look nicer if it had an entire remodel. It's somewhat dark and feels like a basement in parts. Always clean and always somewhere to park though. Not a fan of the new 'food court.' Realizing that over 70% of Mall goers are teenagers and younger adults, putting this place in as the only choice for food seemed like a pretty big roll of the dice. As mentioned above, they out-priced the mall workers and the majority of the mall goers as patrons. I have been to the new food court four times now and have yet to have anything that I remember as being good or different. Definitely not to justify doubling the cost of mall food. Kind of a bummer.
Not a bad place for shopping they have a lot of good stores. Not a great place for food unless you want to spend a bunch of money and have an appetite for more exotic foods. I personally feel the new food court lessens the value of the mall, I wish the old food court was back, I miss the food places it had.
