First it took them 15 minutes to get our table and we were just a party of four with a baby and they looked so confused as if they had never seen a baby before and a high chair is the most confusing request they had ever encountered. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant. When we finally sat down it took another 30 minutes to get our food. The food arrived cold I mean barely warm. The food runner kid spilled half of my fries on his tray. I told him I kind of got screwed on my fries. He then attempted to give me the fries that he spilled on the tray. I said no I don't want the fries that have been sitting on that nasty tray. He said well I don't know what you want me to do.... I said well you can go get some more fries that would probably be the most logical solution... The waitress was very nice but when you don't go get the food when it is on the window and let it sit until its cold and not refill drinks kindness can only go so far. Basically don't waste your money at this location. It is obviously ran by management that just doesn't care.
Didn't come during a busy time and it took about 30min to get our food. 1 out of the 3 dishes we ordered came out room temperature at best. Server was friendly and gave us a free meal to replace the cold one witch I plan on heating up tomorrow. Overall I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, but definitely not one of my top picks.
Craving french onion soup for a few days so came here for lunch. Soup is very nice. Also ordered one of their October specials - a Bavarian pretzel. Oh my goodness! Quite tasty and is definitely meant to be shared. Try it!
We called ahead and made reservations at a specific time to ensure we could order off the regular menu rather than the Thanksgiving special. We were told 4PM so we changed our plans for lunch to an early dinner. After arriving and being seated we are told they are not allowing people to order off the menu until probably 5:30. I understand the holiday menu but don't tell people something and then do something else. And if your mistake inconveniences customers offering an apology is probably a decent idea.
Lunch menu was a little pricey compared to the competition. Bedda Chedda Burger was okay served with very little toppings. Service in the bar area by Justin was friendly and prompt. Menu for dinner has better choices and more value.
