My brother has shopped here and I went with him one time. It was a nice shop and not unlike most other bike shops where serious bikers would want to shop: the requisite "old guy" who's seen everything, some younger guys who like to compete and talk tech, all surrounded by loads of expensive (but nice) bikes and accessories.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable! I wouldn't go anywhere else! These guys rock! I can't say enough about The Bike Way! Highly recommend!
Great store! The sales rep was awesome! I'm from out of town, he is very professional and helped out with the different types of bikes. Wish this was my local bike store.
I try not to leave negative feedback unless it's well deserved. It is really too bad that this is the only Specialized dealer in the Omaha area because these guys are not what a bicycle shop should be. They are somewhat attentive until the sale is final and then they could care less about you. They make promises they don't keep. Not a good place.
The guys are friendly and very knowledgeable. Best move I made going to the bike way. Wish I had done it sooner
