My boys and I were in a few days before Thanksgiving to check out bikes for Christmas. We were greeted immediately and the gentleman helped answer questions and let both my boys sit on and ride around the store. We returned on Black Friday because he told us about the great deals they were having. I pulled out a 20% off coupon and my mom got the $300 dollar credit. We scored 2 awesome bikes for $118 dollars. Since it’s been cold outside we’ve been riding the bikes around our kitchen. That’s easy to tell the love their bikes! Way to go Trek for making our Christmas a hit!
I have bought three bike from this store and their customer service is terrific. I bought two bikes from John and his enthusiasm for biking is just contagious. You can really tell the sales staff love their jobs and want to share their biking experience. I also, like how they take the time to ensure each bike is the right fit. I'll definitely be back when it's time for the next one.
