What a delightful (and dangerous!) store! Fun selection of books, charming gifts, friendly employees.
I love local shops and this is one I have come back to whenever I need (or just want) a book. The staff is very helpful and if they don't have it, they can get it! They ordered me a couple books and I got a phone call only a few days later that they had come in.
Very nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has other items besides book. Fun, interesting and unique item. Wish I'd had more time to stay longer.
The Bookworm is a fantastic local bookstore. Huge selection of books, very well organized. The staff is warm and friendly, and the store is inviting and cozy. There is usually a plate of cookies out for shoppers, and dogs are welcome in the store too. Good hours and several events for a local shop! In addition to books, greeting cards, puzzles, and small gifts also available.
Made a special trip in expectation of a special bookstore. Very disappointed. If you want lots of liberal authors and a decidedly skewed selection of titles, this is the store for you. If you would prefer a more balanced and intelligent offering, skip The Bookworm.
