Went to the store asking about a new tire for my bike, was greeted by a guy in a tank top who asked me what I needed. Told him I didn't know what size of tire I needed but what bike I had. He said he wouldn't know what size tire without looking it up, and sorry. Then he went to help a different customer. I left and won't be back.
Great shop, jason has flash tuned several bikes for me. Bikes always run amazing. Great prices on parts too. Customer service is better than any shop around!

I called all the dealerships looking to get my Harleys oil changed and everywhere told me 2 weeks. I called RPM and they said bring it in we'll have it done in a couple hours. I took it in and dropped it off and I wasn't even able to take my shoes off at home and the called and said they were done. They have great customer service and a fast service dept. They also have a large selection of cool helmets and riding gear. I recommend you go check them out.
Amazing parts and riding gear selection always on hand. I always have my bikes dyno tuned at RPM Jason always is spot on best in omaha by far. Amazing shop !!
