Over bill poor record of payment. This dentist office is not worth the trip.
Very commercial, and over charging, they keep sending us bills for we don't believe they provided the services for. We went there for all our 4 family members. In the beginning they were so nice so they trapped you. They made us to make several trips so they can bill us more. After they reviewed insurance they told us that the services they are going to provide for us will all covered. But they made us pay over $600 and additionally they are sending another bill of over $400 saying that the insurance has not covered those charges.
I've been a patient of Dr. Arnolds for the past four years and have always received excellent treatment from him and his staff. They are very knowledgeable, willing to explain, helpful, and I've had zero cavities since our initial consultation. They don't just see you as a patient, but they take the time to get to know you. When I mentioned an upcoming medical service trip to Nicaragua with UNMC's Student Alliance for Global Health (SAGH) organization, Dr. Arnold was first to offer me his support and generously provided us with medical supplies to take back to local clinics. I highly recommend Aesthetic Family Dentistry.
