Dr. Chadwell is the BEST dentist I have ever been to, she and her staff are wonderful! Our appointments always run smoothly and they are so friendly :) I would strongly advise going to see her she does a great job explaining everything to you in terms you can understand and a great cleaning !
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Our last appointment there was in June of 2009. Then in October of 2010, 16 months later we got billed for about $50 and they added $125 of late fees on to. They sent it to collections. I went in to discuss the issue. Dr Chadwell would not come out to talk to me about it and the receptionist was unwilling to budge. She was rude and pompous like one of the other reviews stated. I offered to pay $100, twice the amount they said I owed, just to settle the issue, but they declined.
I was a new patient earlier this year and I was so impressed by how the staff made it so comfortable!! The hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and I also felt she took the extra time to get to know me by talking to me and explaining everything going on. Dr. Chadwell did an excellent job at explaining treatment and they got me back in a sufficient amount of time that worked around my schedule as well. They are an excellent staff and a beautiful office!! I have recommended them to other family members and they totally agree!! Thank you Chadwell Family Dentistry!!!
Dr. Amy Chadwell is a wonderful person and dentist. She and her professional, well trained and equally nice staff have been our family dentist and dental hygienists for over 10 years. I would and have recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist they can be at ease with and trust to treat the entire family. Keep up the great work Dr. Amy and Co.!
