I had ordered 25 roses for my wife for our 25th anniversary. When I went to pick them up, they forgot to include the vase and accent flowers. However, the lady at the counter was so kind and courteous. She remedied the mistake immediately. When I left, I had a beautiful bouquet of roses with trim (in a vase) to give to my wife.
These ladies always do such a great job and are so pleasant to work with. The store is always a breath of fresh air when you pop in to shop or pick up the cutest corsages in town!
