Wonderful experience!!!! I asked for a bouquet toward the end of the day long distance. The owner made a GORGEOUS arrangement! She even sent me a photo of it. Stunning, actually. She really went the extra mile!!!!! Highly, highly recommend this place!!!!!!!
I live out of town and have many relatives in Omaha. Paula at Terryl's Flowers has helped me many times when I have called to order flowers for delivery. Her service is especially creative and efficient and she is always very helpful. I would definitely recommend!
I got the flower the next day, and my husband said it was not what he ordered. The size is much smaller than what it showed on their website. He paid about $79 but the quality wasn't worth it at all.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The person I spoke to was very rude and seemed snobby. She was over talking me when I was simply trying to ask for prices. I am a kind person, and I wont show that I am upset to avoid issues. But I don't like the service here at all. Seems like they are nice to certain people, and treat others like crap. I don't like profiling. Never coming here again.
Your not going to get what is in the photo's, you will get a 1/3 of what is picture and as far as their 100% guarantee, there is no such thing. I spoke with Paula the owner about this , she said she with refund some of what I paid, NEVER HAPPENED, straight out lied to me. Do you really want to do business with this type of florist??
My husband ordered valentine flower for me this year. He placed the order 2 weeks early but I didn't get it till the day after. They called me at 4:54pm on Valentine day but I already left the office around 4:30. They asked to deliver to our house but we weren't gonna be home that night anyway. So if you want your flower to be delivered at the office, make sure to ask your spouse/gf to stay at the office until 5pm....
