Very poor customer service at this store. I bought over $8,000 worth of materials for a deck project. I split the order onto 2 credit cards. When my contractor returned the leftover materials to the store, it was like moving heaven and earth to get a refund onto one credit card, and not the other card which I had closed. I received help with the first return, but on subsequent returns it was as though customer service had lost interest in helping. At one point, the customer service at the store (after hanging up on me once) gave me the number to Lowe's credit card customer service, who were understandably confused as to why I was calling them. I spent at least 2 hours getting my returns sorted out. Very frustrating, particularly when I had spent a lot of money on the order. I expected more from Lowes.
In general this is a pretty good Lowes; this was the first time any hardware store did not forklift a large order on my truck. I understand about liabilities and I'm willing to sign a waiver. 10 bags of cal. 5 bags of fertilizer and a saw justifies a pellet. However, the gentleman Brian (Employee) was more than willing to help. If it wasn't for him I would have given my favorite Lowes a one star. As far as ordering online, I expected my order to be together and not having to wait for the staff to pull it off the shelf. (Mind you I waited almost 72 hours before picking it up). Like all organizations, improvements just makes the business stronger. Again, this is my favorite store and will shop here over and over.
The working staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Lowe's has most everything I need for working on homes, new or repairs. Customer for life.
I go to this Lowe's for all my home improvement needs. Always fair prices and can find what I need fairly easily. Good selection on a wide variety of quality products. The staff is always friendly, it can at times be hard to find someone to help you if you need it.
My wife and i went to this lowes last night 9/4 in hopes of finding a new riding lawn mower. We walked through looking at the available options and had a couple of questions about the availability of certain options. we looked for an employee to talk to and once we finally saw a couple we where completely ignored. Tried to get their attention several times but it looked like they where to busy flirting and gossiping with each other to be concerned about customer service. so we walked away frustrated and went to look at a new air compressor. once again we where completely ignored while trying to get some questions answered. As a customer service manager for a large company this was very disappointing. They Lost a couple thousand dollars in sales as i was going to be purchasing last night. I had my trailer with me ready to load a new mower and compressor. IF the store manager reads this i would like a call back. I have already left you a voicemail.
