So I went to order a custom glass door through Nick again. NO call back like he said. Now we're 3 weeks delayed.
Plumbing department ordered my shower base wrong. I needed it 36" INSIDE for the door. Glass didnt match up.
Nearly a five star hangout. Everything a hardware store/lumberyard should be. If they don't have it, you don't need it. An absolute essential place if you are building a home or doing any remodeling. I'd give it an extra star if their garden center was a bit more complete though-- stock is always a bit limited on plants it seems.
Their prices are always good their sales always better their selection is second to none. And their people are always knowledgeable. Love Menards
This is absolutely ridiculous. No compensation no help no nothing for a mis-ordered OR no calling back.
Simply the best home improvement store around. You could fit a Lowe's and a Home Depot inside one Menards. Also Menards has an actual lumber yard. Not just a few boards stacked up in the conner of the store. They always have what I need in store. They never have to order what I need and then tell me to come back in a couple days. Awesome costumer service as well.
Place isn't proactive in solving issues or fixing their mistakes!
Excellent black Friday workflow. They were quick with lots of checkout lines and everyone had a smile and was being helpful. I wish all stores worked like this.
Had special order issues with railing gone missing and mortar gone missing as well.
