Have been going to this gym for 2 years. I enjoy my time in the gym, Kellen corrects our posture and pushes us to push ourselves.
I have never been a gym kinda person but knew for my own health I needed to start some program. Had already seen vibration plates so thought using them along with personal training would be a good fit for my age. Tried them out ( 10 day free trial) back in February and continue to go three times a week! Highly recommend!
Personal training, and great 30min, work out.
I have never stayed with any gym or regular exercise routine before Great Vibrations. I have stayed at Great Vibrations North for 5 years now because I am challenged with the workouts and the trainer there keeps it interesting with a wide variety of routines. Everyone has time for a 30 minute work out and Great Vibrations is the place!
Things were great until I realized how unprofessional the owner and his son are. Along with the owner being borderline verbally abusive to our 11 yr old son. We never recieved the original paperwork after asking for it many times. When it came to cancelling the account, family was relocated through work, and notified Kellen with 2 months notice. Received a verbal "got it, I'll take care of it". Even double and triple checked and got a "yep I remember, I got it" Again never received any written confirmation or was asked for any. After moving we were charged and now all we get is "well you didn't submit the paperwork". Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend anyone sign a contract with these people.
