I highly recommend Great Vibrations! The workouts may only be 30 minutes long but they were intense! Aaron and staff were great!
This is an awesome workout. It is convenient because it is just 30 minutes, but it is an intense workout. Lisa, Christian, and Aaron are amazing trainers and work with everyone at their own pace. I haven't found a workout that I like as well as this one in years. I bought a Groupon to try it out and am so glad I did.
The workouts are a killer but so worth it! Aaron and staff are so helpful and encouraging. The amazing part of the workouts is that they go so fast and you feel the benefits right away. I've worked muscles that I have not worked in years.
