I worked with CJ and Jason at White Castle and everything went smoothly. I was able to request an estimate online, and then someone came out to my house to answer any questions and go over different options, etc. A few weeks later the job was completed and the majority of it was done in 1 day. They did a great job of cleaning up as well with no mess left behind. Great job White Castle Roofing!
It was a real pleasure to work with White Castle. From the initial estimate with Mike through the install with CJ, the entire process was very smooth. The only downside with the whole process was the time it took to get the entire job completed. Of course, since this was a wetter late summer/early fall and because of the hail storms from early summer, I certainly understood that a company with this good of a reputation was going to be very busy. Even with the length of time it took for the job to be completed, the focus on quality was certainly there. Thank you White Castle for making this a painless process.
I had the pleasure of working with Mike Smith and CJ during my recent roof installation. Mike was very informative on the process, paperwork, dealing with the insurance side of the job. CJ was fantastic with his customer service, he called prior to and immediately after the job. Always asking if I had any questions, and letting me know he is available and will assist in anything I need. Customer service, and professionalism is huge with White Castle. The crew was on time, the scheduled date was on schedule. No calling and setting back time and time again. Everything was communicated very well. the crew worked endlessly in windy conditions and they cleaned up the exterior of the entire area. Very pleased with this company and would highly recommend White Castle.
