Tricia, are you kidding me? have you seen the type of women that shop there? they turn into animals and are amoung the snobbiest and just down right rudest women. I feel bad for those girls when the store is PACKED, people don't care about anything
The sales associates quickly realized how upset I was and tried to soothe it over with small talk but I was so angry. I was stranded. I just wanted to leave.
Today, a girl helped me find a necklace that I once bought there but lost! She searched for it determined to help me. So grateful for her help! The people who work there are very sweet!

I asked for the District Managers number and they refused to give it to me. I asked for the corporate office number and they refused. I think they knew they messed up and wanted to avoid getting in trouble. I told the store manager I would call the number on their website. She told me in a snide tone, you do that. I left and called immediately. What kind of service is this?
I was shopping and I heard what I thought to be the manager yelling at girl. I was leaving near closing time and the girl started crying! And that's not the only time I've experienced horrible treatment. I was looking for an item and they didn't have my size and I asked a nice looking girl to check my size, she snatches the dress out of my hands, rolls her eyes and walks away. What kind of business are they running? The one at Regency is wayyy nicer, they're so accomidating.
If I am actively trying something on and leave to get a different size do not move all of my stuff out of the room and tell me to wait. No I am not 19 and a size 2 but that does not mean I cannot and have not bought clothes from this store.
This was my go to location on a regular basis (2x a month) until today. I have never been treated so horribly.
