Generally, I have a good experience at Dillard's. Courteous and helpful staff.
I love shopping at Dillards and usually get great service. However, I just discovered that you don't want to drop in at 8:30 pm to quickly pick something up because IF you're lucky enough to actually find an associate, they certainly aren't really wanting to help you.
Beautiful things. Somethings are pricey and some things are not so priecey meaning affordable. Friendly staff who know their job. The sales ladies that I go to for assistance are very helpful and honest with me. And I'm thankful for that. I do recommend Dillards as a excellent place to shop at. They have a variety of thing to pick from for all of your family needs.
Nothing on Sale, most items full price. same items at Younkers discounted. Where should I shop???
Many great products but staff is a bit lacking in customer service. One will stand there and wait while they converse with each other and ignore customers, unless you are draped in diamonds, furs and very expensive clothing. Then they are all over you. So, if you want service dress your best otherwise plan on a very frustrating wait.
