Decent place to shop! Upside to it, is there is usually good deals to be found. Downside, not everything is organized very well since it gets picked over really well and it can be hard to find someone to help you! Also, checkout lines can get long and it can be a long wait to checkout! None of the cashiers move very fast.
2 days before Christmas and only took about 10 min to check out. Line was looking but went fast.
I found a couple lovely pairs of shoes and jeans. Fair prices. A clean store. Friendly employees. Overall a great experience.
Reason to how sizes were. Asked for help and was done shopping and still no one showed up. Had sale item rang it up full price and took forever to fix..
Tried to use my Kohl's cash. Went to jewelry counter and the elderly attendant made me feel like a thief. I asked to look at silver necklaces, she unlocked the cabinet, had it pointed toward her not me, didn't ask which I wanted to see and just pulled random one out and when I asked to turn cabinet toward me so I could look at them, she refused!!! I'm a 53 year old RN carrying a $250 designer purse. Not a homeless vagabond! Customer service is dead! Kohl's wonders why they are loosing customers...
