I love this store! I know the Manager and layaway staff and the sales clerks. I love the Craftsman tools...lawn equipment and Kenmore appliances. ..when shopping i try and help customers here...with personal experiences from Sears...I would love to work here in 2018...
Incredible service! Got home with mismatched shoes and I had lost my receipt. Didn’t hesitate to sort out my problem and give me a full refund! Definitely recommend this place, they treat their customers right.

I ordered a pair of shorts online. I tried them on at home & they ran 3 sizes too small. Couldn't even button them. They wouldnt return them because it was more than 30 days since order date even though it was less than 3 weeks ago I picked them up when they arrived at the store. They left me paying $10 and I left the shorts. I guess the manager needed them because she said there was nothing she could do. Really?
