Rebecca Forsyth is my stylist and she is the stuff dreams are made of. If you must wait to get into her schedule, I can assure you she is worth it. She is constantly educating herself and others to stay current with or ahead of the trends.
LITERALLY i cancelled my appointment for my actual wedding day because they were absolutely horrible. I do makeup better than them and I'm not even licensed! Oh and they charged my card $90 to cancel since it was that same week (I was only in town for a week prior to my wedding so I could get my trial done). They were not understanding about it at all. I paid $85 for my makeup and another $85-$90 for my hair. I can't believe I trusted these reviews. A kindergartner could do better.
I am repeatedly impressed by the front desk staff. They know my name the minute I walk in the door and they are always so professional and courteous. I know how difficult it can be to schedule so many appointments at such a popular business while working within the confines of both the stylists’ schedule and the clients’ schedule; it must be quite the balance to strike and these ladies do it with such grace!!
I LOVE Bungalow 8 so much! I have been going to this salon for about 4 years now and it never disappoints.
I wanted dark smoky eyes and a very beautiful side braid that started all the way up on my head.. I left with some thick eyeliner with fake lashes and so much foundation that my face looked like cake. I have very light fair skin so my face was drastically darker then the rest of my body. Hardly any Eyeshadow at all. And my side braid had zero volume and was a BASIC braid that started at my shoulder.
I went here to get my hair and makeup trial done for my wedding day that was coming up. Well I was extremely disappointed with the outcome.
Bungalow 8 is a great experience from beginning to end. The employees are very nice and Alyssa is an amazing stylist/colorist.
Her passion IS her clients and their hair; what more could anyone ask for?

Had my first experience here about a week ago, the salon itself is very upscale and has a very nice feel to it. The stylist I went to was reasonably priced for a curly hair haircut and I'm beyond pleased with my results. They only let you tip a max of 20% if using a card and all the products are very affordable even on a budget. Check out Katie for your curls, she is usually pretty booked so call asap if you want a haircut pretty soon
Jordan cut my waist length hair to a perfect pixie cut. She was amazing and I am really happy with the cut! She is THE person to go to if you want a feminine easy to style cut.
