The reason that I am giving two starts is that the make up materials they use have poor quality. I had much better mascara at home, purchased from Walmart (which I used afterwards and I saw the difference). Also, the concealer that was used gave a very chalky looking under my eyes. I think You really need to improve the quality of products if you want more customers.
Forget everything you thought you knew about day spas. Gloss Salon & Day Spa is the place that you need to go. Let me tell you about the most relaxing experience that I've had in my entire life. Crystal is the greatest therapist ever this massage magician found and relaxed muscles in my back that I didn't know existed. I haven't felt this relaxed in years. This isn't your grandma's Day Spa, this is a next level Salon and Day Spa providing next level service on a extreme level.
I went to Gloss salon for make up application. It was my first experience there. The make up artist was very nice and friendly and we discussed in advance about what type of make up I'd like to get. She kept asking my opinion about the type and color of everything which was very nice. I wish I had a mirror in front of me though to see the whole process.
I just had the best facial and reflexology at Gloss. Belle is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had and I can’t wait to see her again. I had Veronica for my facial and it was incredible. Perfect in every way!
My daughter and I went for Project Pink'd fundraiser - It was my first experience at your Spa and I was not disappointed. I received the Mini Facial and Mini massage by Lindley and Crystal and they were both wonderful experiences. They were both attentive and explained everything they were doing esp. with the facial and the products she was using - I can not wait to book future appointments!
If you’re looking for an immensely relaxing and rejuvenating experience, I highly recommend Belle and Veronica!!! I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.

The staff made me feel comfortable. Mattie was extremely professional, walked me through each step, and made sure I was getting the color and cut I desired.
