    My two boys and I eat here on average once a week. We constantly brag about the service and the food. So when my brother, sister n law and neice came into town I wanted to take them to our favorite restaurant.

    5 later mins later the manager brings the shrimp to the table and apologizes (2). He leaves my sister takes a bite of the shrimp and it's cold. Again we call the waiter over and tell him the shrimp is cold and my brother asks about his beer. The waiter apologizes (3) stating the bartender is swamped and by brother says we'll make it yep then. 5 more minutes and the manager brings out the water perfect steaming hot shrimp apologizes (4) and days they will remove the shrimp from the tab.

    The waiter finally brought my neice her other drink and as he was passing it to her part of it spilled on my good and my son's. Apology (6) again and this time my Dr. Pepper was finally brought. 10 more minutes pass the table next to us the waiter has checked on twice by now I am trying to pay on the kiosk. I pay tip low due to the poor dining experience and the kiosk freezes. The waiter comes over and says I can print that off for you and I say yes please and can we have some boexes? He says yeah sure no problem.

    When asked, the employee said, "we have $5.99 burgers on Tuesdays." When he was told that today is Monday, and the commercial says $6.99, he said "Well, I don't know what to tell you, we're a franchise and we chose not to participate in that campaign. Instead we run daily specials."

    Finally after another 8 minutes my neices food and my brothers two beers arrived at the table with another apology (5). My neice orders another margarita. By this time the rest of us are finishing up our meals as my neuce is just starting hers. We chat and we all agree the food is good but busy or not the service is not good. If you're that busy staff two bartenders and staff more waiters the table of 5 that was seated after us the waiter checked on twice as much as us. Yes we kept track.

    We had to wait 35 minutes for a table it was during dinner rush so no problem. We are seated order drinks and some chips and salsa. 10 mins later the salsa, chips and sodas are brought to the table..10 more minutes the margaritas and beer is brought.

    Usually, we like this place, but today, it gets a 1 star! The TV commercial that's been playing for the last two weeks touting the $6.99 burgers, well this place doesn't do them.

    Okay, we ordered a steak medium and it came out Tar Tar it was bleeding all over everything. We sent it back they said they had it back on the grill the same plate came back, they wiped up the blood but when you moved the broccoli it was still sitting in a pool of it and soaked into the potatoes, not to mention the top of the steak was still bleeding and the bottom looked like it had been microwaved. They didn't ask how it was then or anything. Btw, this was for an obviously 9 months pregnant woman, we told them that she wasn't able to eat any of it, they asked if we wanted new broccoli, if you're asking you should have already fixed it. I finally told them that needed to be takin off, we weren't paying for it. They never offered to take anything off. Having worked in the service industry, if it were me I would have tried everything to make it right, but no, no attempt. This was after two differnt managers had stopped by the table, honestly the waitress was better Then at least one of the managers. Then they wouldn't even come back to ask after the check, that we needed to split and they're crappy little table computer wouldn't let us split it. Seriously so pissed off right now, what a shame I really like their food but the service was just worthless. We were just discussing as we walked in why Appleebees was packed and this place was so dead, well, now we know.

    Service was great. Food was good. Fries were coldish but it was -4° out so no big deal. Would eat here again for sure and definitely get a bowl of that loaded baked potato soup!

    I've been coming here a few years with my wife since we moved out to Omaha... We love Chili's and most of the time have good service. My wife and I miss the host, I think her name being Beth... Long brown hair. She was a delight and always recognized us when we came in and made an effort to stop by even when our waiter or waitress didn't. Miss her peppy attitude, but still return. Make your salsa thicker Chili's!!!

    It went down hill fast from there. The food is brought out and my neices order was totally wrong, the shrimp my brother and sister order are forgotten. We tell the waiter and my brother orders another beer and the waiter sends the manager over. He comes over apologizes (1) and says he will check on the shrimp and they will correct my neices order. And he will bring me another Dr. Pepper.

    Needless to say my brother and sister n law were not impressed and this time it was me apologizing because this was not what we are used to when we come to Chili's.
