I then asked for the managers phone number and he stated that the managers phone number doesn't work right now. I asked if there was another manager I could speak. He stated yes there was but the manager didn't speak English.
I really like coming here the staff is always very friendly. The guys Do, Boris, Sheldon and Luke are all great. They help me pick a new Mel to try each time. The food is always great.
My manager informed me to have the gentleman refund her credit card. The gentleman refused and stated that he would have to ask the manager. I asked him to go ask the manager that was working to refund the credit card and he stated that he couldn't because the manager didn't speak English and wasn't there right now.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-When we arrived at the location the venue appeared to be very clean, nice, as they had just moved to a new location. We ordered food online and picked it up at the restaurant. When back at the office one of the orders of beef and broccoli had white rice and we noticed a large black hair on the rice. We immediately contacted the store and advised them of this, asked since they offer delivery services that they deliver us a replacement order. They refused to do so stating that since we did not originally receive it by delivery that we would have to return to food to the store and pick up a new order. When we advised them this was a customer service issue and asked to speak with their manager, we were told the manager does not have a working cell phone and was out delivering orders, as well as does not speak English. We then asked to have the price for the broccoli beef refunded to our credit card and the person on the phone said they cannot do that. We advised them that our business is in Customer Service as well and they have horrible customer service. We have since disputed the credit card charge for the entire order since they refused to provide any kind of solution to their issue.
Absolutely horrible!!! The soup was cold upon arrival. The whole order was cold. I ended up throwing the entire order away. It tasted terrible and looked as bad. Will NEVER order there again and after seeing how many people have complained about someone's hair being in their food makes me want to throw up. Overpriced and took forever to arrive. Enjoy my money for the slop you sent in return! I'll never call that place again!
Delicious, authentic Szechuan menu, along with the standard Americanized Chinese food menu. They have so many menu items that I could never try them all. The spicy oil is wonderful. The menu descriptions could use some work. Even if your native language is Mandarin, the menu explanations are pretty absent, but I think every item will impress. I've been here 4 times and I absolutely love it
My office ordered online and chose pickup for our order. When I opened my Beef and Broccoli there was a black hair in my rice. I contacted them and the person who answered the phone took five minutes to find our order.
I asked for a manager and he stated that the manager was delivering food right now and knows that the manager would refuse to bring me a new order.
When I told him that I wanted them to deliver me a fresh order of Beef and Broccoli the gentleman stated that I would have to bring in the food and prove that the hair wasn't mine.
I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment today and in the future.
