I have gone to this store at this location since it opened over ten years ago. I have always received outstanding customer service from the employees. They've always been attentive, helpful, overly friendly, and willing to help. Last night, for the first time, I came into this store with my son. WOW. What a difference. I was ignored at the front counter when I first walked in for about 5 minutes. Anna, who I'm assuming is the manager, asked what I needed and when I told her I was met with an "Okay?". From there on she was HORRIBLE to me. While I was looking at suits she cut in front of me so other customers could come look at what I was looking at. When they were done she stared at me, waiting for me to leave the area. I had to tell her I wasn't going anywhere for her to leave the area and let me continue browsing. Every other time I come in, the moment I have an item in my hand-I'm offered a dressing room. When I came to Anna with the pile of clothes in my hand and asked for a room she told me I would have to wait, but another employee said there was an available room for me to use. When I tried to check out she was difficult and unhelpful. I tried asking for the quickest way to exchange my items and she went ahead without answering me. I was so flustered at the intolerance-I had to leave the mall, call a sitter, take my son, and drive all the way back to the mall-JUST to find a swim suit. When I came back I still received the same attitude and Anna asked me where my son went rudely. This store has always sent an empowering message and felt like "my place" to shop but after last night's shift from shopping as a single woman to a mother-I will never return to that store. It really disgusts me.

The gals who work here are so fun and customer service is fantastic!
