We adopted two sweet ferrets, Tinka and Izzy, 6months ago from someone rehoming them. They were free to roam mostly where ever they liked durning the day. Seemed ideal for them until they slipped unoticed for a nap into the dryer full of half dried clothes someone in a hurry left open and .... that was horrific ending of our sweet babies. I felt so guilty! Running into the clinic in hysterics I handed over my girls. The staff was so compasionate and understanding. Never once did they make me feel as if I was causing a scene (I was barfooted and sobbing) and reassured me it was just a horrible accident. They were kind enough to make imprints of their paws and packaged them in a box for us to bury, later they sent us a card with their condolences.
Anyone with small animals please put warning signs reminding you to always check first, on all places that could harm your pet ie; washer/dryer/clothes hampers!
Wonderful place, clean, friendly and very affordable.
I have guinea pigs and they just do a wonderful job. Not only do they care for my pigs the vet has them and a vet tech. So they know what they are doing and care for them as much as I care for them!!!
Dr. Belshan was amazing! She took excellent care of my Tegu, Ernesto's broken leg. Not an easy task on a large reptile. I will recommend them to all my exotic pet owner friends.
Great doctors, vet techs, and receptionists. They take amazing care of our small mammals.
I wish I never had to make that trip but I did and they were so nice.
I’m really not happy with the service we got today as we had scheduled the appointment for Lila and Punkin to get the vaccinations and rabies shots as all creatures vet had requested us to do in two weeks. Instead they didn’t do the shots at ALL!!! They gave them a dose of flea and tick med and gave a antibiotic for Lila’s sneezing that I had mentioned in the first appointment that they said was nothing and NOW is a upper respiratory infection.... and now we get to take them back in 7 to 10 days to pay another hundred or more dollars just to get the shots done that they didn’t do....
