We started to go to Fort St Vet because it was 2 minutes from our house and we loved Dr. Busselman. We continue to go because we love Dr. B, the whole staff, and we are now about 20 minutes away....Worth the drive! They are all so caring, they take great care of our pets when they need to take them in the back room or keep them for a treatment, they offer practical solutions for common problems and look into the not-so-common problems and offer advice and recommendations. Even when we had to put our first dog down, the love and respect for animals and for their humans was shown graciously to us and to our dog.

The vet was personable and so nice. He answered all of the questions I had, explained everything to me, made jokes, and was very nice to me and my pup. It's so far away from where I live but driving out there was completely worth it! I plan to stay there.
I was fit into the schedule on very short notice which was greatly appreciated. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Fees for service are on the high side compared to other providers. However, location, prompt service, and friendly atmosphere is worth the extra cost for vaccines and annual checkup.
The sheer knowledge and enthusiasm of the doctors and staff at FSV are second to none in the Omaha area. We absolutely love Dr. Christie Banks (our Boomer does too!); she has helped us immensely with the control of his allergies. Highly recommended, worth the drive if you don't live NW and worth the money if you're used to super cheap pet health care.
