Dr. Keller is my sons pediatrician. My son looks forward to his visits with Dr. Keller and he always feels well cared for. We think Dr. Keller is the bees knees!!
Dr. Keller has been our family doctor for more than 10 years, and I trust him more than anyone with our health! He is kind, caring, and truly invested in our well being. Whenever I have a health concern, he listens to me and respects my opinion. Then, he not only helps to manage symptoms, but also works hard to find the root of the problem by doing more research and referring me to a specialist when necessary. I am grateful that he is our doctor, and would refer him to anyone who is looking for a family doctor. We love Dr. Keller!
Dr Keller is an amazing caregiver! He truly cares for his patients and listens to each concern and question carefully. He also takes the time to talk through all of the available treatment options and makes you feel as though you are a valued participant in your own care. I cannot say enough about the lengths he goes to make his patients feel comfortable and cared for. My whole family sees him and we drive from Gretna to do so! Awsome Dr. I have a problem finding Doctors I like and can agree with. I went to Dr. Keller when a Dr. I had went to for 9 years failed to follow through with some procedures I had done and was in severe pain. I was referred to Dr. Keller by a friend and I have to say he brings back meaning to the word Dr. He is a very compassionate Dr. who will take the time to get to know you and your family. I have never met a Dr. Like him and I work in a hospital. I know even if I have to wait an extra 20-30 minutes to see him that it is worth the time because he will spend as much time as needed to get through whatever is going on and find a solution. I can call and he will see me the same day. He calls back in a timely manner with test results and if he does not have a solution he is honest and says we should get someone else involved. He is connected with his patients and I can honestly say he found his calling as a Dr.
Terrible staff experience. My wife really enjoyed Dr. Keller but the needs to work on their people skills. My wife was treated very rudely when trying to get a referral for her chiropractor. After a month of weekly chiropractic visits and our insurance company (HMO) requesting an electronic referral letter online. My wife was told that they will not do that, So after being promised over the last month they would be able to provide the online referral. They say they will not. Thank you very little for the empty promise. Its 2016 I would think this would be a very remedial task.
