I stopped in to have a screen replaced. I can see why slot of people are mad or frustrated. They have a system that is meant for a much larger city than Omaha. I got in they took my name and said they would text me ten min. Before they were ready for me. That was cool so I could get other stuff done. I got in talked to a tech they said it would be about an hour and a half and they would text me when they were done. So I left did some more still and went back when they texted me. Some of these people need to stop and smell a rose or 2. People need to realize everyone went through the same procedure to get done what they needed, so go cry by yourself it's not always about you! The staff was friendly and they all did their jobs properly from what I saw.
We always find it difficult to get appointments. However, if you CAN get in, the staff are helpful and do their best to be quick. The new store is quite bland. If you didn’t know to look for them you might wonder what the deal is with the big white store. However, the ramp going in is quite nice. We have apple phones but use Microsoft for computer stuff.
The employees are very helpful and educated. Anytime I have an issue with my apple products I’m always in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I disagree with all complaints about making an appointment and having to wait. What do people expect it’s literally the only apple store around and almost everyone has an apple product.....
This Apple location is the opposite of the vision the company is looking for. We went in wanting to purchase a phone. They can’t estimate wait time and could care less about their customers. There were probably 15 customers in the store and over half of them were upset and complaining to the Apple Pros. Took us over an hour just to purchase a phone to go. Do yourself a huge favor and go to a different location. Note to Apple: beautiful new location but you need to replace the manager and do some training!
I understand operating hours. But the door was unlocked and as I began to walk in a person blocked the door and stated we’re not open until 10 AM. He then asked what I am looking for and I stated I need to buy three lighting cables. He said come back at 10 AM. I came all the way across town to just purchas three lightning cables which would not of taken more than two minutes of his time and it would’ve provided great customer service. It took longer for him to block my way and ask questions than it would’ve taken for him to get the cables from the shelf and swipe my card and send a satisfied customer on his way.
