The friendly, knowledgeable staff has always come through for me with the right products to meet my needs and budget. They've also been awesome after the sale when I've had questions about how to use some of the electronics. Everyone I've referred has raved about how well they were treated, too!
If you are in the market for a custom stereo system then I would HIGHLY recommend Stereo West. This company has been excellent to work with since day one and they go above and beyond to help out their customers! Specifically for me, Doug and Brian have been exceptional to work with.
Stereo West customer service is absolutely horrible. Bought one of their best remote starters as a Christmas gift for my wife and when we went to pick it up after installation we got zero assistance with the product! Darrell was apparently too busy playing on the computer to explain anything except to tell us to download an app. Got no warranty information, no explanation on how to use or what to do. Almost every front line employee at this store appeared too busy to care or assist customers. Very disappointed and considering uninstalling this product and going elsewhere.
