Used to love this place. The ladies always treated us well. Last time I ran into a couple young dudes who seemed very annoyed to have to stop whatever I had interrupted and help me. They sold me a single 'top of the line' battery (18650, I asked for their best) for $15 (ouch!!) and refused to exchange it the next day when it wouldn't perform even as well as the two year old batteries I was replacing. I'm an Electrical Engineer and have since given the cell a battery of tests in my home lab (like what I did there?) and can say the cell did not even approach the specs on the label. It would not source even 7A peak, let alone the 30A on the label. Peak output 6.71A, measured. Useless for me. Likely counterfeit, or false advertising at best. Shop here if you want to buy broken junk that they will not make good on. They would rather lose you as a customer than lose $5 replacing a junk battery.

I went in and bought a mod for $80. I later found out that not only did my friend get it from the exact same location for a cheaper price but the magnets popped out after barely a month of use. When I went in to have the issue resolved not only did they refuse to exchange it, but they tried to fix it with super glue. I could've done that at home. They also refused to refund me. When I told THE OWNER politely as possible that I simply wouldn't be coming back she very snidely replied "well thanks for letting us spend all that time helping you" worst vape store ever. Best of Omaha my foot. I'll be sticking with Catapillar vapes. Best store around and they're always extremely helpful and polite.
Horrible. I was treated as a dollar sign. Not as a valued customer. I will never go back.
