Awesome customer service & always go above and beyond!
I'm sitting here right now looking at broken glass laying inside the front door. My friend is trying to return a couch but they won't take it because this place doesn't have a log book. They also didn't print a receipt. They charged us $100 to bring the couch in ourselves and bring it into the store.
This is the worst business I've ever seen.
I just want to commend Markel and the owner for their customer service and delivery. They also upgraded our mattresses when they were sold out after we paid for them without us asking. I know it couldn't have been an easy decision for the owner, but my family and I appreciate your commitment to the customer.
