UPDATE TO RESPONSE-----Wow! Seriously! Again you are sitting here blaming the customer for a defective product! The mattress was never completely removed from the plastic OR set on a greasy garage floor. Get your facts straight and quit making up lies to make yourself sound better! You are a poor business owner! The manufacturer did contact us and stated that the mattress was in fact damaged! WITH MOLD TO BE EXACT!!!! Like expected! Because he confirmed that the delivery truck got water in it! So don't sit there and try to defend yourself by saying it was our fault! And when a product is defected it should be replaced at no cost. We should not have to purchase an entirely new mattress!

This business has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The owner himself is awful and rude! They are nice to you until they have your money and then they could care less. Please do yourself a favor and take your money and business elsewhere. Purchased a mattress and within 24 hours of purchasing we noticed a huge stain on the side of it. Took it back to the store and the owner stated that the item couldn't be returned or exchanged because the plastic had been cut, but he could have a warranty person come and inspect the mattress. Any other business would let you exchange the defected product. Not to mention that the stain looked like mold and the mattress was unused when taken back to the store. Even though it was unused or had never actually been removed from the plastic, they wouldn't do anything. And then proceeded to blame us for the stain.
Just bought a bedroom set and I absolutely love it! The guy was very helpful and gave me a great deal. I will be back for my son's room when I get my tax return and would recommend Crown Furniture to anyone!
This is my second time purchasing a mattress from here. I can only say that as long as I live in Omaha I'll never go anywhere else. I didnt write down the name after buying the first mattress and went searching. Found it after going to a few different places and the difference in huge! You have to look at this place if you're looking for a mattress. You'll not only get a great deal but working with the owner he's super awesome, friendly, great guy and he's there to help you find what you need in your budget.
Purchased a full size mattress set. The owner was helpful and I feel that I received good value for my money. Would go there again.
