We looked around for about 10 min. Found a couch we loved. A sales guy came by and asked if he could help us. I asked what was wrong with this couch that it was marked down so much. He pulled out his computer pad, scanned the ticket, told us what was wrong. We said we wanted it. He did the entire transaction in the aisle. We were in, purchase made, truck loaded and out of there in under 30 minutes. It was amazing!
We where waited on immediately. The gentleman greeted us with a smile.We knew what we wanted he ordered it.Checked to see if there where any discounts. We got $4.00 off. 2bunk twins and 4 mattresses that we up graded by his recommendations. The guys that loaded are beds made sure that they were tighted down good. They knew we had a 30 mile trip on I 80. We were very pleased

Nolan was so helpful and friendly. I never felt like I was burdening him despite all of my questions and hesitations in making my mind over. He not only did his job when looking information up to assist me, but explained things as he did them. I would highly recommend Mrs. B’s if you want to save money and get a great deal, but especially Nolan as he went above and beyond to help me figure out what I wanted and find it within the store! Although I don’t actually have my furniture yet, the purchasing experience was top notch with Nolan.
I was so pleased with my trip to Mrs. B.'s this afternoon. I found exactly what I was looking for at a price I am happy with. Michael, the associate who helped me, was excellent... helpful, low pressure, tuned in. He understood where I was coming from, and what I wanted. The cashiers, Shawana and another whose name I missed, were knowledgeable and kind, and explained everything to this non-mathematical old lady!
