Gym is kept clean and the equipment works mostly except for the occasional treadmill. The classes are a lot of fun if you're looking to get in better shape. The price is reasonable starting out at $10 plus change a month. The only inconvenient part is that there is only one location in Omaha.
Love this place!!! My husband and I are in so frequently together we have a gym couple twin - we now laugh and talk to them each time we see them. The staff are GREAT!! Even the GM, Reggie takes an active interest in the members and their progress.
Perfect gym for getting in, getting swole, and getting on with life. They have great equipment and let you workout your way without a bunch of weird rules. Really quality setup for the serious lifter.

Great price and service! Loved how clean they keep this place. They have great variety of class options and great looking equipment. Will highly recommend this place to those who are intimidated by gyms. The staff is friendly and very welcoming, not everyone is a bodybuilder—normal people come here.
