I really like this gym. I am not a person that normally enjoys a workout, but there are several features that help me push through. My favorite part is the 'cardio theater', where they literally play movies on a big screen while you run or bike ^_^. I can work out without even knowing! Much better than videos on my phone... I also like the indoor track on the second floor. Treadmills are fine, but sometimes I want to run somewhere so the track is nice. The staff is very friendly, and I enjoy the pool for an extra workout and cool down.

Love love love. Wish the Staff wasn’t always changing but the site itself is awesome. Great cardio cinema. Tons of weights and spaces to work out. Plenty of miscellaneous equipment and room for circuit training. Great classes with a variety of levels to engage everyone on their fitness journey. Mike G. is an awesome Personal Trainer. Love this place.

clean facility and a great staff. Worked with Shawn and Marcus floor personal training, both knew their stuff and very helpful. Machines that break are usually up and running in 24 hours from my experience. Kid loves the kids club too so it's fun for the family to come down.
Beautiful club with spectacular views & award winning sunrises! Staff fabulous, friendly & make you feel at home! Great equipment, classes & lockers/ showers! Love Zumba & yoga classes. I like the theater room... great movies & often you stay working out to see the end of the movie! It’s easy to stay inspired as you watch others working out.... those just beginning the journey & those who have reached their goals & maintaining! Health is wealth..... feel great mentally, physically & emotionally! Do yourself a favor & join NOW!
If you are interested in personal training, the fitness manager does a great job of assessing where you are at, and getting you set up on the path to success. Once you are set up with a personal trainer, they do a great job of working you hard, and keeping you accountable. I'd recommend my trainer, Kris, to anyone looking for training.
Clean facilities, courteous staff, ample equipment, and great trainers. It's a great gym.
