This place is amazing! My entire family went for 2.5 hours and had an absolute blast! Price is so good for what you get compared to what else is out there! Food was great, staff was great, really our whole experience was great! Will be there often and would recommend for all ages!
Fun and tiring activities. Seems pricey when you first look at it, but for our family of three, with two parent passes, it actually works out to be comparably priced with other regular trampoline parks. Plus you get two hours and so much more than just trampolines, with the cool playground and the warrior course. I would probably give five stars except the staff member at the warrior course was too busy chatting with another staff member to keep any kind of control of the area, which meant that kids were going the wrong way and not following the rules. This stressed out my daughter and made that area not very much fun for her. Other than that, pretty good value.
Kids loved it! Played non stop for 2.5 hours and it was hard to get them to leave! Deff recommend to all adventure goers, most suitable for ages 3+
It’s a fun place, and the kids definitely like it. But for their price point, I would expect a nicer facility. It’s very industrial looking, dimly lit, floors aren’t kept swept throughout the day and it’s very loud and echoey due to the building design. They require you buy their branded socks, vs wearing any gripped socks (intended for similar use). I find that to be a wildly catty business policy considering the entry cost. Socks are for safety, not advertising. Any safe socks intended for a bounce facility should be allowed. Also they have way too little coat and shoe storage for Nebraska winters. So then families use the few tables they do have for coat storage so there’s nowhere to sit and eat or catch your breath. Just a bit disappointing. We were thrilled to have this addition to our community and happy to support it. Just wish they would be more deliberate about the things that make it convenient for parents who bring their children there.
We went to urban air today and it was pure chaos! Kids were running around unsupervised, pushing and shoving other kids out of the way. Staff doesn’t say anything to the kids, the obstacle course with the ball pit area, kids were just playing in the balls and not moving so the kids that actually want to do the course can’t even do it!! I saw a staff member throwing the balls pretty hard and what happens if that hit a kid in the face?! Also the kids were throwing the balls every where hitting kids and parents! There’s needs to be more “adult” supervision for this place to run smoothly the kids just do whatever and it was not enjoyable at all! There was kids and teenagers walking around with no socks?? That’s gross and “socks required “ obviously means nothing. The trampoline area rule is 1 kid per square that wasn’t being followed either.
