I had a wonderful experience. Alex did a fantastic job when it comes to my facial and she was extremely knowledgeable as well. Staff was very friendly and efficient too. I have already scheduled my next appointment with them and look forward to being their customer for many, many years to come. Wonderful and relaxing atmosphere!
LovelySkin Spa is absolutely amazing. Everyone here is incredibly nice and helpful and make you feel completely at home when treating you. I personally have had two facials done and they are beyond wonderful. I see results right after. If you have skin issues, I suggest you go to LovelySkin Spa.
Words cannot describe how fantastic this place is! I called on a Thursday at 5pm and they had me in the next day at 4pm! I had never had any facial treatments done before so i was very nervous. I came in and within 10 minutes we had all the paperwork done and I was off with the AMAZING Kristen Kean! Kristen was so very patient with me. She answered all of my many questions and guided me to an amazing facial treatment. I am so thrilled with the results! I went in because I have issues with dry skin on my nose and black heads, NOT ANYMORE! My nose is flawless and my skin is literally as soft as a baby's bottom! One other thing that i really appreciated about Kristen is she asked what cleaning products i currently used and if I liked them. When I told her what kind i was using, she didn't talk them down or try to sell me something entirely different. She simply said she is happy that i have found something that works well with my skin and that if i ever needed any recommendations on other products she would be happy to help. I am used to people always trying to up-sale and make me spend way more money than intended, but Kristen made it very clear that her only goal was to help me feel better about my skin. I also bought a Clarisonic brush and I adore that as well! I cant wait for my next appointment with Kristen! This place is superb!
I have had the best experience with Joey! She is professional and so knowledgeable. Joey really listens to my concerns and includes me in attaining my skin care goals. We are a team and she makes me feel amazing after each treatment. My skin is really improving! The best gift you can give yourself is caring for your skin. Go to Joey and you won't regret it.
I've had several treatments at Lovely Skin and have been very happy with the service, price, and overall experience. Kristen has done my treatments and is so professional but also so friendly! Since it's a medical facility, it's much cleaner than a salon too!
