This agency does not respond to repeated requests for duplicate insurance cards (3) and for home insurance information (4), they also failed to respond to an inquiry from their national headquarters after a complaint call i placed.
I would never refer anyone to this agency, State Farm Insurance as a whole has been great so i will transfer to another agent as soon as possible and request a audit of my coverage and premium rates.
I have been with this company for a total of over 30 years with no home owners claims, 1 claim in 7 years and 1 claim in 11 years on my automobile coverage but my rates have not decreased and have in fact increased with the explanation that all insurance rates have increased accross the insurance industry.
Nothing but problems with this place they low ball you on claims won't answer the phone or return phone calls. Rates are up and service is pitiful, it's been a month on hail claim and I've heard nothing but they did send out a bill for payment. Find another insurance company or a good lawyer.
They upsell their products, car loans, and then you find out the information stated in the original sign up process was inacurate and they are unable to make any changes, one instance is to simply change the due date of payment.
Aaron reviewed my home owner's and auto insurance policies and showed me where State Farm could save me money. He also offered me other insurance products that I didn't have in order to be fully protected. Although I didn't go with everything he offered, he was never pushy about those additional products. Aaron was very professional to work with and he even helped me notify my previous carrier that I was cancelling my policies.
